Reiki I and II (Usui/Holy Fire III)

This foundational course teaches you how to practice Reiki on yourself and others. You will learn a system for unlocking and activating Reiki energy that is both easy and fun to learn. Learning Reiki and participating in the experiences in class can be healing and transformational.

Reiki serves as a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It can reduce anxiety, alleviate pain, boost mood, and improve sleep. Reiki is a pathway to peace, joy, and inner wisdom—making it the ultimate self-care practice for our time.

Core Components of the Training

  • Reiki energy

    Reiki Energy

    Students receive Reiki energy through a placement or attunement that can be transmitted in person or online. Students learn Reiki symbols as a way to easily activate Reiki energy. Students have the opportunity to share their experiences receiving the energy and to ask questions. Placements provided online offer the same effectiveness as an in-person class.

    Practice

    Students have the opportunity to practice on each other in a safe supportive environment, allowing them to develop their skills. Reiki can be provided in-person or online at a distance. Feedback and discussion will follow to help solidify the practices learned in class. A Reiki session “cheat sheet” will be provided, making the concepts learned in class easier to use.

    ICRT Training

    This program is provided by a professional member of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). Each participant receives an instruction manual, a certificate of completion and a one year subscription to the ICRT quarterly Reiki News Magazine.
